Initial meeting
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your vision and needs for your new home. We will also walk through one of our completed homes so you can see our product and meet the team.
Homesite visit
We will meet with you at your homesite to assess how your home will lay on the land. If you have not chosen a homesite, we will be happy to assist or share opinions and ideas.
Home design
We will work hand in hand with you, your architect or your designer to create the home of your dreams.
Construction phase
Home construction occurs for 12 to 18 months with weekly updates from our team.
